This laptop comes either with 4GB or 8GB-2666MHz RAM soldered to the motherboard, with one removable SODIMM slot (some models don't have soldered RAM with 2 removable slots). Storage-wise, there is one M.2 PCIe 3x4 slot for NVMe Gen3 SSD up to 2TB like the Samsung 970 EVO Plus as well as a 2.5-inch SATA drive bay with an included connector for either a mechanical HDD or SSD like the Samsung 2.5" Sata-3 870 EVO V-NAND up to 2TB.

The best option for fastest RAM is to match the soldered RAM, if there is 4GB soldered add 4GB in the removable slot to 2x4GB or 8GB total or if 8GB is soldered add an 8GB-2400MHz module to 16GB total RAM that will run in Dual Channel Mode at 2667MHZ but the two modules have to be absolutely identical. If you mix RAM modules that will run in Single Channel Mode at a reduced speed of 2100MHz. Crucial has got some good RAM modules: https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct21783906
To find out the soldered RAM specs. remove any RAM in the removable slot, close the laptop back and paste this command in the Windows Command Prompt: wmic memorychip list full and press Enter, copy the part number and buy exactly the same module (Google the part number).
