what to do when my nitro 5 screw penetrated the front panel of my laptop

upon noticing the screw penetrated, i loosened the screw itself to prevent it, will that be enough and should i be alarmed or worried about this problem

What happened is that someone broke that screw insert by tightening the screw too much (happens a lot); the small brass bottom thread insert broke loose from the base and a self-tapping or plain wood screw was used (bad practice). Remove that screw and if this is a new laptop and you did not botch the screw, I recommend claiming a new case with Acer Services in your country.
