latest drivers for my baseboard (Veriton S6620G) are for windows 8.1 but i am on windows 10?

yeah so i contacted microsoft yesterday about my hands free ag audio not working properly - and turns out its because of that the drivers are for windows 8.1 and i am on windows 10.

may that be the reason its not working? and what do i do?

    Yeah, your desktop came out in 2012, with Windows 7, an optional rollback to Windows XP and the option to have Windows 8 instead. There were two different BIOS types, one for Windows XP/7 (P01-xx) and another for Windows7/8 (P11-xx). Unfortunately, it's old enough that Acer doesn't have the support files online any longer. The Hands Free AG Audio is a feature of Bluetooth and I'd expect the Windows 8.1 drivers to work just fine in Windows 10. If they didn't you would have found out long ago when you did the Windows 10 upgrade. What Bluetooth card do you have? I thought those models came with WiFi only…
