Open Windows "Add or remove programs" and scroll to AcerSense, click on the ellipsis on the right (3 dots) and click on "Uninstall". Reboot and check in Windows Services if ACCsvc or AcerSense Svc is still running, stop that service and disable the start type in Properties. If the popup still continues let me know.

Hi @Farhan123 I don't have that app installed and I can't help you with the steps, but it's most likely set to boot on startup, check the settings and look for this option.

    Regards.

Hey @Puraw if I Uninstall the app will I be not able to use "battery optimized charging". Uninstalling it fix the problem but I want to use "battery optimized charging" option.

Hey @KyleBertrand7 the app Acer Sense is not present in the task manager "Startup" tab. But will try if there is any way to stop the start pop, I am not uninstalling the app because I want to use the "battery optimized charging" feature.

Hey @Alejandro_AC @KyleBertrand7 and @Puraw here is the screenshot of services:

as you all can see there are 8 service form the acer, So I was wondering which on should I stop or make it to manual rather than automatic.

As I have said in the post, I want to use the Acer Sense app mostly the "battery optimized charging" feature so which service should I set to manual rather than disabling it to make the Acer sense app stop popping up after starting up the system.

Have you looked inside the Acer Care Center application itself as I mentioned?
I'm not sure that the window it shows will solve this problem since they are services, but you can try to manually set "Acer Care Center" and check if it stops opening at startup and if you can access the load limitation.

    Regards.

I don't recommend using Acer's "battery optimized charging", this causes problems with Windows11 23H2 Modern Standby and all sorts of other Power Plan issues. Leave the adapter plugged in 24/7 and make sure the battery is fully charged, do like you use your mobile phone and iPad if on the move go on battery only if you work near an outlet use the adapter, stop worrying about your battery and enjoy your Acer Aspire A315, read what others say about this: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001587.htm

Hey @Alejandro_AC yes, I looked but there is no option for it sadly also stopping the 'Acer Care Centre' did not stop it from popping up, so I am going to delete the acer sense app as said by @Puraw. Thanks everyone for helping me out.
