Acer Nitro AN515-54 trouble charging

Recently, my laptop began having trouble charging. The cable is connected but neither the charging LED or graphic icon in the Windows toolbar incidates that it's charging. Sometimes I can rotate the cable and get it to charge but any movement on the laptop causes it to lose its connection and I have to rotate again. Most of the time, rotating does not fix it either.

I've tried charging using different outlets and there is no apparent damage to the cable or the charging port. Is this a known issue? Could replacing the charging cable solve the issue?

Hi @Otesma I'm not sure if it's the cable, it could also be the connector on the charger itself or the connector on the device, it's difficult to know in advance what's causing the problem, I would have the device checked by a technical service.

    Regards.
