Acer Aspire 7's battery draining and charging very fast after not being used for some days

Hello, I've had a problem with my laptop since I bought it, it's not a very big deal but it can get annoying; basically every time I stop using it for more than 3/4 days the battery starts draining and recharging at very fast rates, after some charging cycles (or after the battery checkup in the care center that takes a lot of time) it starts working fine but it still takes some time for it to work properly again.
Is it a common issue with all laptops and batteris? Is there anything I can do (other than doing a full charging cycle every day I'm not using it since it'd be pretty time consuming in the long run)?
Thanks!

Search 'power' in Windows start menu. Click 'power & sleep settings' near top of menu. Click 'additional power settings' in right pane. Click 'choose what power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'settings that are currently unavailable' near top of screen. Scroll down and UNcheck the box for fast startup. Save settings.
