Hi, I'm facing an issue with my Acer Aspire Series laptop. It seems to randomly shut down even when the battery is fully charged. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Boot to Safe Mode (in Windows, Shift + Restart) and see if it shuts down. If not, you have a rogue app/driver issue. Open Event Viewer and reliability History Problem reports and check the Critical Errors at the time of you last crash if you see anything related to Video or Display that would be my best guess. Uninstall the display driver with DDU in Safe Mode and just reboot, Windows will reinstall the latest driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html Also corrupted system files can cause this, you can restore the system to an earlier date without losing any data. Type restore in Search and click on "Create a restore point". At the top you will see the "System Restore" option, select a date before the problems started.
