Can't Move the Arrows in My Monitor Display Settings Menu Popup - S200HQL Acer Monitor

Hi,

I'm trying to fine-tune my display because I'm doing graphics work for print.

I've calibrated my monitor but when I look at test calibration images online, it does not seem to be displayed well.

When I push the button on the bottom of the monitor a little window pops up showing controls to adjust brightness, contrast, etc.

However, I cannot move the arrows in this window to change the settings up or down.

The Fn Button+Arrows on the keyboard do

nothing, just the arrows on the keyboard do nothing, and the mouse cursor stays behind the window.

The monitor is my second one, but is set as the Main Display, see screenshot.

See my Monitor Specs in the second screenshot.

The monitor adjustment popup window itself does show up in screenshots, even though I can see it when the shot is taken, but you can see what it looks like in the monitor's instruction manual, third screenshot.

Please help me adjust my monitor for a more accurate display.

Any replies are genuinely appreciated!

So A and B act as cursor keys.
