I bought Acer predator helios neo 16 i5-13500HX RTX4050 version last month, from then i had facing micro stuttering in certain areas such as scrolling web page, watching youtube, even on basic windows animations such as minimizing a widow, opening task view even with no app opened in the background. I am so disapointed about this thing because i bought it for 1 lakh and after 1 month i am feeling such micro stutters which is so annoying . While playing games i never faced any micro stutters
I updated all video drivers (Both integrated and Dedicated). I tried downgrading drivers . I reinstalled windows 3 times hoping it might help with that issue and nothing is working as off now. This micro stuttering is really annoying when doing some serious work and i can't fix it. I tried all this methods and still it isn't helping. I even debloated my windows. I tried tweaks and it doesnt't even worked
This issue mainly happens when i am on integrated graphics. While i switch to NVIDIA Graphics it is still there but is not as bad as it is on integrated graphics
This laptop is still in warranty as it was bought on 23/4/2024. I am so disapointed and still trying to fix this issue and failing. As of now i can't claim warranty as i am a student and i am away from my house and daily driving this device for my studies.
I need some help regrading this issue. I hope you guys might help. .Thanks
