Acer Swift 1 SF114-32 screen flicker or no display at all

A customer came by the office with their Acer Swift 1 Model SF114-32 laptop showing a black screen and they tested a external screen using hdmi this didn't work either.

I have tried the shutdown with the disconnect battery at the bottom of the laptop and than turning it back up sometimes I get the Acer logo while the screen flickers or the screen sometimes flashes a full white color or somethings it just like turning on off with no image displaying.

I cannot get a external monitor with native hdmi to display any image not using FN+F5 or WIN+P when the laptop looks to be booted.

Am I correct when I suspect it's a igpu issue with the cpu since the hdmi doesn't seem to give any output at all and since the screen and flicker showing either what happening or a white color the screen doesn't look to be dead.

Any help to maybe my finally decision on if this laptop need a new motherboard to work which cost 322USD.

Yeah, the onboard display and the HDMI come off different internal circuits from the CPU:

So if they are both not working it's unlikely to be support chips or cabling.
