ConjnceptD 3-Fan makes noise, sounds like the blades were hitting so fix (probably voids warranty!!)

From the first day I had some issues with the fan… it always sounded like the blades were hitting something.

after three warranty claims about the fan noise that came back every time (and my warranty ended…) i decided to fix myself - took about five minutes and should have been like that from the start.

warning - i don't know the policy for opening your own laptop' might void warranty!!

The fix was super simple and required only a small Phillips head screwdriver and a foam tape.

The noise happens not from the fan hitting the back of the laptop but from the other fan hitting the keyboard back.

Just cut some foam tape and stick it there, watch out from hitting the fan with the tape, I put on both just in case - completely silent since.

and while you're at it - clean it (not with your fingers!)

I had a 500 GB SSD so I also replaced the SSD to a 2TB, if it's already open, do whatever you can in one time.

see attached photo

I hope it will help others:)

I created an account to specifically thank you sir. This solved the problem I was having for months immediately.
