What to do??? (need help registering laptop for warranty) on Nitro V15 laptop

I am currently filling out the online form to register my Nitro V15 laptop to apply for the warranty. I am stuck at the "Purchase Location" category. ACER gives a list of choices to pick on where you purchased the device so I picked "Improve Enterprises IEC Computers (IECC)" but when I pressed submit, an error informing that I had entered an invalid special character pops up.

I believe it's due to the parenthesis but what should I do??

ps. I already tried filling in the purchase location manually on the "other store bar" but I also can't submit because there needs to be a chosen store at the bar where ACER gives me a list.
