Your laptop has TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 and is 100% Windows10 compatible, there are no drivers yet available for Windows11 (BIOS still 2018) so you have to wait till new drivers are available and the W11 upgrade is offered, Meanwhile keep checking for updates.

You don't say what your problem actually is. If it's installing Windows 11, your system has a 6th gen chipset, and Microsoft requires 8th gen or newer for Windows 11 support. If you have an application that requires TPM, your system has TPM 2.0 installed so you should be good to go.
