I am not a professional nor an expert in laptops. I have inadvertently wiped all my data, along with the drivers, and now I am facing difficulties running my newly-bought Predator Helios 300 (PH315-55) smoothly. I need assistance in what to do.

First Problem: Mouse Cursor (Not Sure if I Fixed it Properly)
At first, I have noticed challenges in my touchpad/mouse cursor; the screen does not show the mouse cursor nor did my touchpad work (excluding the use of a mouse—it worked). Then after finding a solution (knowing the product key of my laptop, and putting it in the windows product key in the settings), it came back, even without the use of the mouse. I also noticed there were 3 more new applications that were added: Acer Help? (I do not remember the others)

Second Problem: OEM Drivers (Not Sure)
Secondly, after I found a solution to my first problem, I noticed that every OEM drivers went missing. Thorough, strenuous search to find a solution, I did not find any, until I decided to ask Acer to guide me. I saw my registered device and seen all the OEM drivers (but before I will download it, I still need confirmation from experts).

Here are my questions:

  1. Is my way of bringing my mouse cursor back correct?
  2. Do I need to do additional methods in completely returning my mouse cursor back?
  3. Should I manually download the 49 drivers that you provided us with?
3.a. If yes, how to set it up properly?

Third Problem: Pre-installed Applications (Not Sure if Solution is Correct)
Thirdly, while I was scrolling in the application list, I did not saw Predator Sense anymore. I tried pressing the built-in Predator Sense button in my keyboard several times but no luck.

Additional Questions:
4. Should I download everything (drivers, documents, bios/firmwares, and applications) from the website?
4.a. If yes, how can I properly set up the BIOS/ Firmware without causing repercussions?
4.b. If yes, in installing the the applications the website provided me with, is it your typical, conventional way of installing an application?
4.b.I. If no, how can I download it properly?
5. Did I forget asking any crucial questions?

6. Are there more information should I know before I start re-downloading and re-installing every driver, application, firmware/bios, and documents?
