my problem is, due to heavy gaming, normally , my cpu temp goes under 80-86degrees and ive been playing for 2months 20hrs a day plugged in.

and now i had issues.. i can hear noise in between my laptop and vibrates even if im in auto mode (60degrees) .. my fan is kinda ok i think but the vibrates, i can hear it noticable than my 2 fans..

it only disappear if i switch on and of my coolboost ni nitrosense. but when i turn on max then turn it off again, i can hear the vibration again..

WOW “ive been playing for 2months 20hrs a day plugged in” that is an unbelievable effort 😁 are you feeling OK, as those sorts of hours spent on a computer is not recommended as it does have health consequences, so be warned! As playing 20 hours does affect a laptop component especially its fans that spins continually and is being stressed in dissipating cpu/gpu heat continually. Those vibrations and noise is created by the fan or both fans shafts that are faulty and the fans are off balance and creating the vibration.

Open the AN515-57 laptop up and take the fans out and replace them both with new fans (see caption below) then and after you have taken the thermal module out, make sure that you completely clean all the paste off the cpu and gpu and the pad paste off the vram chips and then replace the cpu paste with liquid metal paste and the gpu paste with normal high end paste and a vram high end thermal pads, as that is a necessity for your laptop to function properly and not to have any noses or vibrations.
