For Water Cooling (AIO) brands like CorsairNZXT, and Cooler Master offer some great and very efficient AIO coolers with various radiator sizes. Look for a 240mm for optimal cooling and also keep in mind that AIO coolers require space for the radiator and fans., but you need to measure the spaces around the cpu if the AIO cpu water heatsink can fit into the spaces that your PO3-650 has, for this you will need to measure the distances and look at the 240mm AIO cpu cooler on the market that will suite your desktop. Most community members use the dry cpu coolers like the Noctua NH-U9S. Also consider upgrading the Case Fans that can also enhance overall airflow. Noctua fans, such as the Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM 12V, are known for their quiet operation. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

We typically recommend the Noctua cooling system for the PO3 models, rather than an AIO. You get a decent boost to the cooling without anywhere near the effort and expense of an AIO. The PO3 models have a smaller case than the full sized PO5 and PO7 models, so you are much more limited in which AIO system you can use.
