Persistent SIGILL and SIGSEGV "Aw, Snap!" Errors on my CP713-2W

Ever since sending in my CP713-2W for a battery swap last year (during which they completely and needlessly changed my logic board), I've been getting persistent SIGILL and SIGSEGV errors. After this last repair, right before my extended warranty expired, I was told that even out of warranty, the repair was warrantied for 90 days.

Well, my Chromebook threw its first post-repair SIGSEGV error last night. In my experience they start out infrequent and then become common to the point where the Chromebook becomes unusable from the frequency of the errors. Ultimately, and without fail, the OS becomes corrupted and the Chromebook becomes a paperweight which won't even fully complete the ChromeOS recovery cycle.

My problem NOW is that even though I'm inside that aforementioned 90 day repair warranty timeframe (I received my "fixed" Chromebook at the end of April), I cannot use my SNID to access Acer Support to claim warranty service - instead I get shunted to Acer's fee-based support.

My Chromebook was working PERFECTLY and without these errors before that unnecessary logic board replacement last year, the only issue was a heavily-cycled battery which needed changed, and ever since it's become a lemon that fails after a few months' time.

And just to prove I'm not lying about being told that repairs have a 90-day warranty, here's a screengrab from my conversation with "Kevin" on Acer's SMS support on 4/16/24 @ ~7pm, positing this very eventuality: https://i.imgur.com/RZnzqGN.png
