Difficulty confirming acer extended warranty registration and retrieving password

Hi,

I bought a three year extended warranty for my laptop in December 2021. I have an email with the purchase invoice and another confirming my registration of my acer ID. However, the link provided in this email to retrieve my password did not work and I now need to make a claim.

Is there anyway of getting an up to date link that I can use to obtain my password and use my extended warranty which has been paid for.

Your extended warranty is attached to the serial number, So you don't need to login, Chat or call support and provide them the serial number and they can see everything on their system.
