My Acer Nitro V15 suddenly stopped charging and turns off when unplugged

Hello, so I had this gaming laptop for three months and at the second month the battery is suddenly stuck at 94% and when you unplug the charger it just turns off. I figured there must be something wrong with the battery so I opted to replace the battery with my warranty, but they said it still didn't work after replacing it and just said that there must be something wrong with the motherboard.

Return it to Acer Services in your country to fix it under warranty that should not happen to a new laprop.

Yes, that's what I did. I apologize for not including it, I took it in an acer verified partner in my country and they're the one who said the new battery didn't work and maybe it is the motherboard that is the problem. I'm thinking of just getting the unit replaced rather than wait for the new motherboard which who knows when it will arrived.
