AN16-41 LOW FPS : Laptop not functioning as it should in games

Hi Acer Community,

I bought Acer AN16-41 and below are the specs:

-Ram : Crucial 32 Gb 4800mhz

-Storage : 512 Gb SSD Nvme

-GPU : RTX4070 Mobile (8 Gb)

-Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS

A pc with these specs should eat games but for example im getting a maximum of 150 fps playing valorant while i should be getting a minimum of 350- 400 (comparing to the other gamers and their pc specs)
I tried fortnite im getting 70 fps max on medium settings, i tried checking every update, every option inside Nvidia control panel, i made sure that the laptop is using the Nvidia GPU during the game + nothing is heating up and nothing is at 100%
