Blue and orange blinking lights, fan ain't working & noise near the charging port on Aspire A315-24P

So first of all the laptop is super slow. It's always taking forever to response. But then we noticed that it goes fast when charged. So that's how we've been using this laptop for quite a while now. We just bought it a few months ago.

But then suddenly, it stopped charging. Worst the fan ain't working no more too. I tried multiple methods already to fix it, but it none of 'em worked.

Tried rebooting it, reset the bios by pressing that button underneath. I couldn't remember what was that for actually, I just followed other suggestions. I pressed f2 and f10 on that. But it didn't work.

Now what's the most worst thing ever is, it starting making noise when I try to charge it. The noise was coming near the charging port. And it's blinking orange and blue continously.

I don't know why acer has always been like this. I bought and acer before, it was also problematic. It really feels like a chinese dummy product for real. I'm so sorry for the language, I just really feel so down right now. I coudn't believe it. I just bought this a few months ago. I haven't even fully paid it yet. And it's already making malfunctions. I ain't got no more money if there is an actual real problem in the hardware of this laptop.

This is really the most worst thing ever happen to me! Please help!

Are you using the 45-Watt barrel plug power adapter that came with the unit or a USB-C charger? If USB-C charger what type (universal phone charger, multiport GaN charger) and what power (Watt). I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services as the flashing LEDs may indicate a hardware issue.
