Hi guys, do you know the thermal pad thickness that I need to use for the VRAM, GPU, and CPU on my laptop? Because I'm planning to replace the thermal pastes on them with Thermal Pads.

There is no quoted Acer pad thickness for your Nitro AN515-44 laptop or for that matter for most Nitro laptops. What I did with my Nitro AN515-56 is that I used the Thermal Grizzly range of products to change the paste and pads on my Nitro laptop. I bought the Thermal Grizzly ultra-high performance Minus Pad Extreme that comes in either sizes of 120mmx20mm or 100mm x100mm in thicknesses of 0.5, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm or 3.0mm, I only bought the 0.5mm and 1.0mm thicknesses and 2x 120mmx20mm as that was enough, as you have to make sure that the VRAM and the cpu/gpu are all making contact with the pads and paste and with the pads they are not too thick and restrict the thermal module from making contact with the VRAM and CPU/GPU. Make sure that you completely clean the old pads material and paste off the cpu/gpu completely before applying the new pads and paste. I used the Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal paste for the cpu and the Kryonaut Extreme normal paste for the gpu.

Note: It's also essential that you follow the Thermal Grizzly instructions with applying the "Liquid Metal Paste" as if you apply to much paste, you will cause permanent damage to your laptop circuitries and mainboard, as liquid metal paste is conductive, so be warned of that. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
