Acer p223w screen pixel flickering??

The screen became like this some time ago while I was playing a game, and it went back to normal while I was fidgeting to figure out what happened, now it won't go away. I just want to figure out what a leading cause might be, I checked bios with this monitor and it's the same, it's hardware related, tested with another pc and cable. It did not suffer any shock, it doesn't affect the windows 10 default wallpaper, mainly the color blue and black.

    So after it became like that I left the monitor in another room for like 5 months, I put it back now and the problem was still there, I closed my pc today and now its back to normal after 5 hours of inactivity I dont know what causes it but it's fine now??????
