In Windows Add and remove programs, click at the far right on the ellipsis (3 dots) for the programs and select Uninstall. Check afterwards in Services and Task Scheduler that everything related to bloatware (update agents) are gone, if not stop the service and disable the Startup type in Properties, in Task Scheduler just disable the tasks. There is a 3rd issue with uninstalling bloatware and anti-virus programs that don't uninstall properly using the Windows uninstaller, leaving remnants behind in the Windows registry. Don't use Revo, IObit or CCleaner and the like as these make a mess of the registry and leave more traces behind than are removed. Just ignore till you think it causes issues, then you can find the remnants with Regedit.exe and manually delete the keys after you made a complete backup of the registry. some programs won't unregister in Windows, those you have to remove manually with PowerShell Package Management, let me know if you need more help with this. Tip: anti- malware/virus programs like McAfee and that "other program" Acer pre-installs require a proprietary uninstaller to be downloaded from their sites otherwise it will keep reinstalling the programs and clashing with the Windows firewall and security features.
