Acer Aspire 5 A515-45-R0J0 model number N18Q13, Windows 11 version 22H2 OS 22621.3593. The problem with my touch pad is that when I touch it runs normally but the click is not working, and also when I use the Zoom application the speaker on my laptop has problems, even though other conference applications run normally.

If the touchpads doesn’t work 100% in your Aspire A515-45 then you need to check if its cables are not dislodged from the mainboard or if the actual cables or touchpad unit is not faulty and needs replacing, Below are all the touchpad and its cables components that for the Aspire A515-45 laptop, check these components and replace them as needed. With the speakers and Zoom, have a look at the Zoom trouble shooter for audio as this problem has nothing to do with your laptop speakers if they work on other conference applications.
