Mine has completely stopped working. This "New" Dynamic Lighting control built into windows seems to be interfering with the keyboard lighting. I can't control the lighting form neither windows (Via Dynimic Lighting} of through the Sense App. HELP ACER!!!!!!

    Hi there,

I've had similar issues with software updates before. Here’s a practical solution:

    1. Reinstall PredatorSense: Uninstall the current version of PredatorSense and download the latest version from Acer's official website. Reinstalling might fix the bug.
    2. Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes, a firmware update for the keyboard or system can resolve compatibility issues introduced by software updates. Check Acer’s support site for any available updates.
    3. Adjust Settings: For now, use the global settings to adjust your keyboard lighting. This can be a temporary workaround until the issue is fixed in a future update.
    4. Rollback to Previous Version: If the new update has too many issues, consider rolling back to the previous version of PredatorSense. Uninstall the current version and install the older version that worked well for you.

    I hope this helps!
