Why Does Acer Have This Forum if They Do Not Care Their Products are Trash?

I have written several times about this forum as well as the terrible laptop I've now had for about 6 months, however, not a peep from anyone that cares.

The below four sentences are at the top of this forum whenever you sign in. However, as I wrote previously, none of what these instructions state is valid. There is no username in the top right of the page; Hovering over the avatar does not give any option to "Change Picture", and when I "click" on the avatar, there is nothing about pictures, either..

"You did it! You broke the ice! Feel free to change your avatar by
clicking on your username in the top right of the page, hover over your
avatar and click on Change Picture. You can select from one of over 100
avatars!"

Then there is the laptop itself. I've had it since Christmas day last year, so about 6 months, and there are continuous, annoying issues. The one that just happened, as it has many times before, is I put the laptop in sleep mode when leaving the house. After returning about 2 hours later, I opened the laptop and it restarted, with everything I had open now closed, and it was disconnected from the internet.

It's about time to look into other manufacturers that are not Windows computers, as Microsoft seems to be using the same engineering team as Acer has been. Total trash on both fronts.

    This is the first time reading that this forum, considered as the best technical user forum worldwide, is bad, maybe you have to get used to it? Acer Support is continuously improving this platform to make it even better. The power function you described for your laptop can be easily edited, check this forum about Modern Standby, suspending Windows11 and disable Hibernate and Fast Startup. Also reset your Power Plan in "Edit Power Plan". Hope you can change your opinion about Acer and Microsoft.

    Thank you for writing, Puraw, but as you can see from my post, I have been trying to use this forum since January with no help from Acer at all. There was a reply saying to try the suggestions you just posted, but the editing / changing of the settings does nothing to change the way the laptop operates.

    You are saying this is considered the best technical user forum worldwide? That is very hard to believe with the experiences I have had. I have gone to Acer's other platforms, including YouTube, where I left a similar comment tonight, and I have never heard from anyone through that channel, either. They tout their YouTube channel, however, the majority of the posts are from 4 to 6 years old. There is a 9 year old post that probably doesn't apply any longer, as the equipment has changed so much, it isn't what is now being used.

    As for Microsoft, I have been trying to deal with them for over a year with very similar results to this forum, that is, not any help at all. And I am not the only one at the Microsoft forums that is fed up. Most of the comments regarding Microsoft's latest additions, such as embedded Python and the "new" Outlook are very negative and from very surprised users. And no one from Microsoft will answer the questions.
