nitro 5 How to reset or bypass bios password?

I've had a nitro 5 2019 edition, I got it first hand, no prior owners, I found a password for my bios that I do not recall setting, how can I reset it or remove this password

We cannot advise you on passwords, bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset BIOS for a small service fee.
