predator sense & turbo button does not respond after I boot up the laptop in helios 300

Hello, I recently had my rams replaced in my predator helios 300 laptop. The problem I have now is quite odd. The predator sense and turbo button does not respond after I boot up the laptop. It only does when I manually do a windows search of my predator sense launcher and run it from there that these buttons respond after. Which is why I can't say that they are not working at all, but they are, its just that I need to run the app first. Do any of you have a fix?
