Hello,

I have a brand new Acer Nitro AN17-42, out of the box, and first want to test making an (offline) Acronis Image of the harddisk by directly booting into Acronis on USB (or CD-ROM).

I can disable (or not) the "Secure Boot" in the BIOS, but the (bootable) USB-Stick is never shown at startup (pressing F12 of course). Only the Windows Boot Manager (from Windows 11) is shown as option, and it boots into the (still freshly) Win11-Setup.

I see I can see the "CLEAR TPM" option and the "Restore Secure Boot to Factory Defaults" in the BIOS, but isn´t the Windows serial number deleted if choosen one of them ?
(And does THIS make USB-Boot possible ?)

btw, is there a possibility to save that TPM and Win11-key informations from BIOS ?
Just to have it and too feel better ?

Any ideas ? thanks
