Continuous beep is bad memory. Try reseating the sticks.

took out sticks(also NVMe stick) wiped contact with dry cloth, Also changed CMOS battery (better expensive brand) Bingo No more problems.

However after a week again same problem recurred. No use of re seating memory sticks. trying either of sticks.

In week OR so The new battery found to be 2.8 volt from 3.3V. Put in new battery didn't start many times(same long beep) and force-stoped. Tested all components connectors. After many attempts once started POST info shows CMOS power loss occurred, to start F1 or go to bios. HWINFo64 showed vBAT 3.18 next not restarting only long beep.

May be battery is loosing power. reason not known. Earthing? PCB looks good No corrosion.

    other possibilities like faulty cap?

Long beep means the POST code is executing, and the memory initialization has failed. At 5 years old you aren't looking at a child failure. Usually once you get past those first few months components just don't go bad without something causing it. What memory is installed? Once stick or two? Speed? You might try just one stick at a time to see if you can get it to boot without the error. That could pin it down to one stick that has failed… Spec is for DDR4 2666/2400 MHz, up to 16GB per stick with two slots, so 32GB maximum.

Only if the memory will clock down to the required 2666 or 2400. Faster memory won't run any faster than the chipset supports, and XMP overclocking isn't supported. Best is to use the correct speed.
