hi, I have maybe the predecessor to the H340 has drive, blue acer logo top off centre left and the indicator lights below.

Came with 4x 250gb HDD installed, purchased about 2010.

been packed away whilst doing some house updates etc for the last 12 months.

I can access the user interface and change settings in the menu etc.

The issue I have is no device on the network can now access the device. Mac, PC, Sonos, all the users are still in the unit, but nothing will access the drive.

Added another user, but still the same issues. All the same equipment in use.

Windows does come up with a message about SMB1 not valid.

Is this an issue across the other equipment as they have updated but no message to say why.

Many thanks

Are they connected to the same router as you had originally? The NAS server might be set to a static address that doesn't match your new network. Take a look to see which subnet you're using currently, then change the address on the NAS box to match that. So, if it were at 192.168.1.100 before, and your system is 192.168.0.x now, try 192.168.0.100.
