Hello,

I’ve recently bought a new BE200 Wifi module to replace my current 9560NGW.

After installing the new one though I’ve installed the latest drivers from Intel and the wifi worked as expected. The only downside is that the bluetooth does not show up in the device manager or in the setting menu.

You will find provided more info below:

OS: Windows 11 Home

OS Version: 23H2

My laptop is: Acer Predator Helios 300

Model Number: PH317-52

Newly installed chip: BE200 NGW

Old chip: 9560NGW

My question is whether the new chip is compatible with my laptop. Because my guess is that if its not the wifi should not work but apparently only the bluetooth isn’t.

I've attached screenshots for adding more context on the problem.

Best regards,

Simeon

Good afternoon! I encountered exactly the same problem as you, I also have an acer helios 300(ph315-51), and I also replaced the 9560NGW adapter with the BE200NGW. Wi-Fi works great, but bluetooth doesn't work at all, there is no bluetooth device in the device manager. I tried removing the old adapter and drivers from the system, I tried it on Windows 10 and 11, but it turned out to be useless
The problem is most likely a software one, and I agree with
simopopov, that if Wi-Fi works, then Bluetooth should too, because if the device was not supported by hardware, Wi-Fi would not work at all.I also know that not only we encountered the problem, but other people too, I am attaching a link with this problem on the Intel website (https://community.intel.com/t5/Ethernet-Products/BE200-bluetooth-is-not -working/m-p/1569312) I hope you will help me and simopopov solve our problems. Really looking forward to your reply
