Hello so i've spent about 8+ hours trying to get a network adapter to install. I've had some luck for a few seconds here and there when installing these adapter but I cannot fix it at all.
I have NO Wi-Fi so i cannot automatically install a driver and no way to connect to ethernet. I'm lost and don't know what to do.

> I know its not a hardware issue or i wouldn't have it working for few mins at a time

NOTE: I've bought this second hand it came in windows 11 and the same issue was happening i did some research and found it didn't support windows 11 and was a forced upgrade.

Im currently using windows 10.

Please help me :)

Open the base up and physically look for the WLAN card. It's not being recognized by the OS, so it's possible the previous owner removed it. It should have an Intel 9560 based 802.11ac card in it next to the SSD. If it's gone, a replacement isn't hard to find and you could even upgrade to a newer design if your router supports that. If it's there, verify the screw hasn't come loose, which could allow it to shift in the slot. If it's solidly mounted and not working the card itself may have failed, which again means replacing it (should be under $25).
