Acer TravelMate B118 can't use new SSD, because EMMC can't remember any changes

Hi. Internal 64gb memory can't save any changes I make. If I delete files or even if I just change Windows 10 settings, everything goes back as it was, after restart. So I decided to install new SSD and new Windows 10. No problems with Windows 10 installation, but I can't launch it. It keeps launching Windows installed in default memory. And I can't change boot.ini, because any changes I would do to would be reversed after restart. Any tips? Can I somehow just disable internal memory?

Also I tried to format it, but it doesn't work.

Enable the boot menu in the BIOS. Use the boot menu to choose the new SSD as the boot point. From then on it will use that as the default and only try the eMMC if the SSD isn't available.
