I have an acer predator helios Neo 16 and i had problems with the predator sense app.

After i re-installed it few times magically started working without doing anything.

However, i'm seeing that in services it doesn't appear the Pssvc service, so i'm asking how it's possible that the app still works. Is there any update that has removed that service?
