Acer Aspire TC-391-UR II: card on front panel of this PC has very sloppy port connections

Acer Aspire TC-391-UR II: The card on the front panel of this computer has very sloppy port connections for the card reader and the USB ports. If touched or bumped they loose connectivity. I suppose to remedy the issue I will need to replace the entire card. Anyone know the part number for the card and where I might purchase one. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

    The connector connections probably need re-soldering.

    Post a picture of the solder side as I can tell you how to fix.

    Otherwise Google the model # + parts

    There is a screw holding that bracket in place:

    The left side of the bracket has a hook like things that holds it in place. If the screw is loose, the hook is bent of the screws holding the card reader itself to the bracket are loose, that might be the issue:
