P214-52 Display Upgrade, the current display has poor angle views

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some advice on upgrading the display for my P214-52. I am considering upgrading the display because the current one has poor angle views. I attempted to replace it with a nice display from another laptop, but unfortunately, it did not fit.

I would appreciate any advice from those who have successfully upgraded their laptop displays. Could you please share how you managed to do it and where I could find a better monitor? I'm pretty sure the current monitor is a TN, so I'm assuming I should look for an IPS?

    The IPS screen part number for this model is NV140FHM-N48. You can try to find this or other 14.0 Inch 30-pin FHD IPS panel.

    Typically the mount points are specific to the laptop design, so unless they offered the same model in the same years with two different display types, you are out of luck.

    Thank you. Apparently there's a V8.1 and a V8.2 for the same model. Any will do?
