Predator PH315-54 Display the screen is black and doesn't display anything.

Hello,

I've noticed here recently when I put the computer to sleep, and open the laptop to wake it up to continue what I was doing; most of the time, it won't come back up. You can see the light showing it's on, but the screen is black and doesn't display anything. I have to force shutdown the laptop by holding down the power button every time.

I've used Acer Support Center and Windows' update center to make sure everything is up to date as well - which it is.

Need some other suggestions please?

Right click on the battery icon in the taskbar and open the "Power and Sleep Settings" and make sure that the settings are like below:

If you encounter Acer laptop black screen but keyboard lit up, you can try certain keys:

Turn off your laptop and disconnect all the external devices.
Power on your laptop by pressing the Power When the Acer logo or splash screen appears, press F2, F9, F10 and Enter on your keyboard.
Choose Exit > Yes and press Enter.
