Hello, I recently had an issue with laptop not charging and opened warranty ticket about it. I got a no-reply email from support telling me to send in my notebook and charger but I have now determined that the issue is only with the charger. I can not open new ticket - says there is already a ticket for the laptop. Should I only mail in the adapter? Does warranty even cover bad chargers?
