I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country. If you are not concerned voiding the warranty by opening the laptop try this:
Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black under the battery) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- terminals inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Check the 2 DDR5 modules under the metal plate if secured properly, reseat the modules to make sure. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and boot.

Just some additional information for you, as your Nitro AN515-47 laptop is a new laptop, and its battery should charge 100% every time and there should not be any problems associated with charging. One thing that you should be aware of in situations like these (as battery issues for a new laptop very rarely go wrong) is if you have had any moisture penetrate this laptop or if a liquid was spilled inside this laptop, as usually a liquid spill will cause this symptom and short components inside your laptop out.

Send/take your Nitro AN515-47 to Acer as its under warranty, send it to Acer Tech Support and get them to analyze the battery/charging problems that your laptop has, but be aware that if you have a liquid spill or moisture that has penetrated your laptop and that has caused this problem then Acer will void the warranty on this laptop and they will not fix your laptop, as this has happened to another community member before. Good luck.
