I am not an expert on the subject but you can try this solution, it might work for you:

    Step 1: Check SSD Connection

    • Turn off your computer and unplug it.
    • Open the case (desktop) or access panel (laptop) using a screwdriver.
    • Check the SSD to make sure it’s securely connected. If loose, push it into the slot or reconnect the cables.

    Step 2: Access BIOS/UEFI

    • Power on your computer and immediately press Del or F2 (the exact key may vary based on your computer model).
    • Navigate in the BIOS/UEFI using arrow keys to the Boot or Storage menu.
    • Look for the SSD in the list. If not found, change SATA Mode to AHCI.
    • Save changes and exit (usually F10).

    Step 3: Further Testing

    • If the SSD still isn't recognized, test it in another computer to check if it's working.

If you can't see the SSD in BIOS after these steps or it doesn't work in another computer, consider getting help from a professional technician.
