I have a brand new Acer iconia tab M10 that only lasts for about 3 hours of video playback even though the battery is 6,000 mAh ...

I've tried factory resetting as well as clearing the cash partition. I've made sure that there aren't any apps sucking up the battery and it's still happening..

When I go into the battery section and click on battery usage it says "battery usage unavailable" Even though I've been using it for a couple of weeks there should definitely be data there..

Is it normal for it to say battery usage unavailable?
