Acer nitro 17 crashes whenever its plugged in

when ever my laptop is plugged in its constantly crashes up to 40 times daily. im new to laptops so i got no clue what to do about it

steps ive taken

  1. factory reset
  2. graphics card drivers reinstall
  3. windows memory diagnostic
  4. checked event viewer and the info is kernel power error id 41 keyword (70368744177664),(2)

it doesnt blue screen its tv static pixals and a screeching sound from speakers till i hold down the power and it shuts down

    Have you got anything plugged into the USB ports while you are using your laptop, as any hubs or auxiliary components that are attached to a laptop are the main causes of a laptop crashing, if you have try your laptop without anything plugged into its USB ports. Otherwise, the problem of your laptop crashing is because of its main power rail that you need an experienced technician to diagnose and fix, which requires specialist tools and a microscope to check all stages of the laptops power rail circuitries.
