Help with my nitrosense trueharmony not changing the audio preset in Nitro AN515-58?

I have a Nitro AN515-58 laptop that I bought in march. For the first couple of weeks of using it, when I wanted to game the audio preset would sometimes not change from music to fps automatically. So I would manually set it and it would be fine. However, I tried to game with a friend recently, noticed the audio was stuck on the music preset, and now it cannot change at all. I have tried every way to fix it I have seen on this website, reddit, and all of google. Nothing seems to change it. I have redownloaded audio drivers, removed, and re-added the nitrosense app multiple times, and every time it does not allow me to change the preset from music. It has made gaming certain games unplayable because the audio is horrendous. Is there a recent fix for this issue? Or is there something I just have not seen yet to fix this? My laptop has windows 11 for more information.

Try downloading the latest version of Nitro sense

Is the latest version the one from 2023/05/26? Because I have that one and it has not changed at all. In my previous comment I mentioned how I have already tried deleting the nitrosense app and then reinstalling it multiple times to no effect. Is there any other solution? Or perhaps an even newer version I just can't see?
