Nitro Pc (i5 and 1650Super) got water damaged. i cleaned and dried everything, but i had to discard the GPU cause the Pc kept saying it wasnt recognizing it. so i took everything out of the case, tested it with a Radeon HD5450 GPU. now the Pc simply keeps cycling indefinitely when i try to boot it. tried swapping RAM and power reset but nothing, it keeps cycling until i turn it off

What is your Nitro desktop model number, as your mainboard has critical circuitry components damage that have been shorted and damaged by the water spill, take the desktop to an experienced technician that has experience in analyzing this sort of mainboard damage. Otherwise, and if you can't get a technician to do this, you need to buy a new Nitro desktop mainboard whch we can give you the part number, if you listed the model number of your desktop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
