why my laptop Ram still runs at 1600 mhz when my physical ram is 3200mhz just upgrade it to 16GB?

my laptop serial number is NXK6TSP004XXXXXXXXXXXX

how can i maximize it to 3200 which is my cpu is intel i5-1235U which is supported up to 3200mhz.

    It is not just the CPU type that limits the RAM clock speed, the RAM Bridge and Acer's MOBO configuration also are restricting the speed. Look up the RAM upgrade requirements. of your laptop model on this forum. Also to get 3200 MHz speed you need 2 identical SODIMMs installed that run in Dual Channel Mode, if the modules are mixed or not fully compatible with each other the system will clock back, and you will get Single Channel Mode 1600MHz. Avoid any RAM with XMP Profile like Corsair Vengeance as your BIOS does not support XMP.
