Hi,

I own A Predator Helios 300 laptop (SNID XXXXXXXXXXX). I have bought a Zikedrive Z666 USB 4.0 NVMe enclosure and installed a Samsung 970 pro 1 TB drive inside. When I plug the drive into the Thunderbolt 4 port, an error appears stating "USB device functionality might be limited", and the transfer speed is only USB 2.0 (40MB/s). I have also noticed that the Thunderbolt controller stops working correctly (in the device manager). Do you have any suggestions for fixing this problem? I have read that the Zikedrive works better with a Thunderbolt controller NVM version 36. I updated the BIOS to 1.15, but the Thunderbolt controller is only 23. Do you have a firmware/drive that is NVM 36 to try?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
