After booting my laptop for the first time everything looked normal. But when I closed the cap without fully turning off, it shut down, but after I opened it back everything was ok exept the screen. It is VERY dim and brightness buttons wasn't helping. Then I started to see something and when I lighted the screen with a flashlight i saw a bit of the image, it was operating and reacting to the mouse and keyboard. Normal brightness return only after holding power button and rebooting the laptop. What should I do? I am using the Nitro V15 ANV-15-51-51FC

This is a very unfortunate fault that you should NOT be having with a brand-new laptop. Your laptop is under the Acer 2-year warranty so don't attempt to do anything to fix it yourself, as this laptop needs a hard reset as its EC chip could be frozen and doing a hard reset will reset this chip or it could have other graphics issues which Acer will fix or replace parts. Best is to get Acer Tech Support to fix this problem for you as and if you open the back, it will void your warranty. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
