acer aspire es1-523/524 keeps restart when unplugged

I have been using the Acer Aspire ES1 laptop for a long time, it is a very good computer (my opinion). But for some reason, after a certain period of time after unplugging the cable, the computer gives a black screen and restarts. After it restarts, I wait and it restarts automatically. I bought a new battery, changed the thermal paste, cleaned the fans, removed all cables that might be the problem, updated all the drivers, but the computer keeps restarting. Is there anyone who can help?

Try and do a hard reset by taking the main battery out then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and short its +&- pins at the mainboard to reset CMOS, take the ram out and leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) then reconnect all components and reboot, as this should rest the EC chip that could be either frozen or faulty, and if its faulty it could cause the symptoms that you are getting. Try the hard reset first and see if it fixes the restarting problem, if not then take your laptop to a repair technician and have them diagnose your Aspire ES1-523/524 laptop as replacing an EC chip is a specialist job and the chip needs reprograming or you could have problems in the main power rail also that also needs specialist expertise to fix. Good luck.

Short the +&- pins after removing the RTC/BIOS battery shown below with a metal object:
